Nice to win but Creepy were woeful. They had nothing up front, one shot (off target) in 94 mins. Defence looked dodgy and their midfield didn't keep possession and play their people in. The worst performance I've seen this season (and last).
Omotoye failed to shine, Kemp huffed and puffed but did get a sniper's goal, Papadopulous made it through without mishap, James didn't need to break sweat, neither did Byrne, Sweeney looks like he's making a comeback after some weak performances in the early season, Hector did what Hector does, Ogie looked like a first teamer playing in the reserves, Clay played the way he always plays and was reasonably assured, Happe got a nice goal and Sotiriou is clearly knocking on the first team's door. I felt Sorry for Craig and Dallison, giants among Lillputians.

Worth a tenner that was. Enjoyable. Definitely. Cheaper than a packet of fags. At school that stream would have cost me about 2 bob. At school I would have been the only person in the world to have the internet.

Got to be done. Bad habit. In the U.K. right now so will be taking advantage of the streaming service not available 😂 to U.K. citizens for league games. Could be one of those games where the stream attracts more people than actually go. I did think about going but it’s a longish walk from the station and no fun on a cold wet evening. So I wimped out. Anybody else streaming this. I’m desperate, or stupid, so I’ll be watching. With a nice beer of course. Be good to see how some of our younger players are coming along. Good point about more people streaming than going. Wonder how many bought it?

I know our record at Crawley is abysmal. But was that really our first ever win there?

Nkrumah - 17 years old Papadopoulos - 18 years old Omotoye, Sweeney, Byrne - 19 years old Kyprianou, Ogie - 20 years old Sotiriou - 21 years old Kemp - 22 years old Happe - 23 years old All bodes well for the future. Sorry MungO , I know your always a positive type but I've seen it all before ,loads of youngsters and only one maybe 2 make it !

A rare, totally relaxed evening from an O's fan perspective. Byrne looked very assured in all he did in and around his goal and can certainly kick a ball. What his keeping skills are like remains to be seen as both Crawley and Southampton failed to muster a shot on target. Sam Sergeant's O's future in the balance? Nothing came off for Omotoye but it wasn't through lack of effort. Unlikely to see much league action any time soon.

Not forgetting also that if we did get promoted suddenly these players also need to step up another level. Some will definitely fall by the wayside on their journeys.

Listened to the 2nd half whilst walking the dog this morning. Sounded like we were always in control, a straightforward win. Good to see Happe and Kemp get goals.

I know our record at Crawley is abysmal. But was that really our first ever win there? Yes it was I’ve finally seen us win there even if it was in the pizza cup.

Thought omotoyo was doing an alabi impersonation and can’t see him contributing anything to the first team. On the positive side both sotirou and kypriano didn’t harm their prospects and the same can be said about Sweeney. Glad to see that ogie who I’ve been raving about since I saw him in the juniors was again looking strong. I know it’s only the pizza cup but it’s nice to break our duck after all the disappointments at creepy.

Nice summing up of the match.Made me feel as if I watched it.Saved a tenner.Truthfully I did not know it was being streamed,if I did i would have spent that tenner.
