With the forum seeing new members posting for the first time (including me), I thought it might be a good time to share some info about ourselves. Board lurkers, please feel free to post in here & 'take the plunge'.
So:
Where are you from?
When was your first game?
Who is your all - time favourite O's player?
As for me, I'm from Ashford in Kent (originally from Edmonton), my first game was in January 1975 (v Derby, FA Cup 3rd round, drew 2-2) & I have 2 joint favourite players - Laurie Cunningham & Bobby Fisher.
Over to you...

Spent childhood growing up in South East London( New Cross,Brockley,Catford). Now in Tunbridge Wells.
1st Game: sometime in 1974..Cant remember who we played
Favourite player: Laurie Cunningham.he really was my hero. However,he’s followed very closely by John Chiedozie,Bill Roffey and Matthew Joseph. It’s actually quite hard to choose favourite players,it feels like I’m doing an injustice to many I have not named. We’ve been spoilt with some great players over the years.

If this thread was on the other board it would have degenerated into a slanging match already.

If this thread was on the other board it would have degenerated into a slanging match already. We can do that here just need to change the questions slightly, where are you from? are you a neocon fascist or a looney leftie fascist? is Martin Ling brilliant or a waste of a wage package? who do you hate on this forum the most? are you a real Orient fan do you go to AFCFylde away on a rainy Tuesday night or are you just a Spurs fan who thinks it’s trendy to follow a little team?

First game was in the first division in 1962:Leyton orient 1 Arsenal 2. I was 13 and a Gunners fan. Started following the Orient the following season and ever since. Now a season ticket holder coming up from Rochester. Favourite player? Tough one but probably Glenn Roeder.

I don't get to games so I'm mainly a lurker.
Where are you from? Originally Dalston (Colvestone Crescent). Then - Clapton (Elderfield Rd) - Denmark (last 40 years).
When was your first game? Approx. 1959. Was dragged along in the rain for a 0-0 with Aston Villa. Next game: approx. 1966/67: 2-2 against Shrewsbury. Most recent game: 1999 Playoff final v Scunny.
Who is your all-time favourite O's player? A toughie, I'd go for Phil Hoadley.

Born Harold Wood, grew up Hainault & now live Bishops Stortford. 1st game FA Cup at home v West Ham 1980, we lost & they went onto win it ! Favourite player is a tough one. Loved Terry Howard & Steve Castle (who I forgot to put into my All-time xl last week), but I'll go with Coxy.
