Whilst I think that Derek Adams, Michael Flynn and possibly Steve Evans would have been equally as good appointments as KJ at the time, we really need to stick with Kenny at the helm.
It is proven time and again that consistency will be a better option in the long run than having a new manager each year.

Adams Back In BusinessIsn’t it amazing how all these other clubs are able to bin their manager and get a replacement in the door within a week of so. And yet with Orient we have to faff about with interim head coaches and endless rounds of interviews and coffees with Martin Ling before eventually hiring some dud 3 months later. Very odd. |
