I still ask myself,wtf happened against Harrogate??? The best thing that could have happened to the team as it has worked as a wake up call to the team and management and complacency and lack of effort will not be deemed good enough. It certainly been positive since then so a good learning experience all round.

If you mean with the casualties The young bloke fell after the second goal I think and cracked his head on the metal bars on the terrace and not sure what happened with the older guy but he was down for a long time before they moved him but he was conscious when they took him out on a stretcher. Fingers crossed they’re both ok.

The front three will get the headlines and rightly so but Pratley is such a good, clever experienced pro. Massive asset. And a master of the dark arts. Clay I thought had a great game. As usual nothing flash, nothing spectacular. But what he does, he does bloody well. For me, James is becoming a real find. The guy can defend, create, attack and cross the ball. My MOTM today.

Both Orient fans were released from hospital last night and are thankfully both ok.
