The own goal came from a free kick. The free kick came from a brilliant run from DA, strlled past 2 players before being brought down.

What a mistake bringing on a defender substitution so late in the game. Cold defenders can make mistakes.

Would have taken a point before the game so I'm happy Agyei getting up to speed is a positive aswell we'll be fine this season we just need more goals hopefully Agyei will be the key

That's a point more than 6 of the 8 teams below us. Exeter drew and Reading beat Carlisle, so that was good.
I would say that's a pretty lucky night for us. If there was a big point then that was defo one of them.

We are a poor team but fortunately there are at least 6 teams worse than us. More goals unlikely I think, next season maybe.

Unbeaten in two, we've got to be pleased with the point. We've had some bad luck with odd goals losing us points, this time it's gone the other way. Richie has changed the team around again. No Galbraith or Moncur at all. Resting Piggott and Cooper was a good idea because both struggled mentally on Saturday. So it looks like he's built a squad that's capable of a mid to low table position come May. Most of us would be happy with that having seen the quality brought to Brisbane Road by Pompey, Wigan, Oxford, Barnsley and, dare I say it, Stevenage.
We're picking up points at the right times; no long losing runs as yet. Agyei might come good, he's only played 25 minutes, so who knows. I really think the defence is starting to come good, especially Turns and Happe. Cooper did well until last week and should return to form. So that's good news. I think we're quite hard to beat.
Unfortunately we can't win because we don't score enough. I really like Piggott's quality but he fluffs up the golden chances. Ruel is a bit flash in the pan. Forde same, too much time doing nothing and the off-sides. Drinan can't score. Moncur and Galbraith seem unflavoured now. Sanders doesn't seem much above the pedestrian and, unfortunately, I reckon Idris is well overrated. Agyei has not been properly tested yet. The only real hope is Theo, who continues to impress.

I think we knew what you meant. Posting sometimes brings up some interesting words when doing autocorrect. Good post.

In what regards were they pony? Did they try, was effort put in? Or lacked quality in the game? or just couldn’t care less attitude? Interested in what you saw and think. I didn’t see a single minute so I have no opinion. I didn’t get the impression there was a lack of effort. More a lack of confidence to try things, and quality to execute it when they did. As above.👍

I just think we are missing that Smyth type player that has the abikity to create something out of nothing. Lifts the whole team. When RW said he was the best player in the league last year he wasnt wrong. We have players coming back from injury that can filk that role. We will be fine.

From the limited time he has played I would say DA could be that player, fingers crossed.

Yet to see anywhere near enough of Agyei ( who I take it you are alluding to) to make any judgement on whether or not he is able to fill that role.
