Perhaps I have missed something as I am living in Spain but what is the current situation with him ?
Is he injured , is it because he is head of PFA ?
I know he signed a new contract this year but there is nothing online about why not playing.

I can't really help you with this but he went through a period of making mistakes early in the season, some costly as far as I can remember.
I don't know if he's been injured, maybe just out of favour.
Hopefully someone else knows more than I can tell you.

He was in Figos with his family after the game on Saturday, that's all I know. I thought he was injured.

Saw him in Five Lads before the game against Wigan. He said he'd be back in a few weeks, likely during the run in of games over the Christmas/New Years holidays.

Was he originally out of the team because of injury or because of the mistakes he was making at the time by being too casual? He was initially dropped cos of poor form. Was good for a couple of games when he got back in but picked up an injury at some point. |

Yeah, that's what I thought up until "an injury at some point". I just couldn't remember him getting injured.

Hasn’t played since the shocker at Fleetwood when he was subbed off for Dan Happe after an hour or so. Whether he got injured during that game or was dropped as a result of it and/ or picked up an injury later I don’t know. |
