Hope Sanders, Moncur , Sweeney, Pratley, Howes get starts or good minutes A rest for Ruel, el miz and Brynn - not that they need one with a game a week but their competition needs a free run

League far more important of us.If we never had the trophy which has hardly any supporters we could be more ambitious with our team choice for the FA cup.It would be better if the trophy games were part of pre season and the semi finals played in the second half of the season when we are likely to have no FA cup presence.

I believe Nigel Travis desperately wants a good cup run for a multitude of reasons. A trip to Arsenal, Tottenham or West Ham would be pretty lucrative and might also attract investors seeing the club playing such high profile opponents. A home game against one of the big eight (Man U, Man C, Liverpool, Newcastle, Chelsea + other 3) would almost certainly be on TV and have a similar impact. Doubtless, Orient will just go to Plymouth and lose without masking any impact whatsoever.

Like a host of other clubs we do seem to get draws that do not excite. If we get to the next round I hope it is West Ham away.Maybe just a little belief we could get a surprise result there.

Listening to Richie's pre match interview I don't think there will be many changes because it's a match we need to win for the reasons stated. It's a matter of wether James and Galbraith are fit enough.
