1) What precisely is Daryl McMahon's remit at the club and do you feel he's succeding?
2) Are we intending to bring in any players in this January window and which positions are we looking to add to?
3) Are we looking to offload any players in this January window and who?
4) What's the feeling within the club on exiting the FA Cup at the second round stage?
5) Is Ritchie requesting additional resources/actions from you/the board and what are they?

When Daryl turned up it would appear from Ritchies post match interview with Dave Victor this wasn't something or someone he wanted. Was Ritchie consulted or was this role forced on him? Our set pieces have got worse since his arrival as well in my opinon, why is that?

The traffic light system you have previously described to classify players and the then subsequent discussions with those players does it cause discord and then affect performances.
Peterborough appear to operate a total different type of system and they appear to have a continuous transfer and playing success
Has a sports phycologist discussed the system we use to you as a director and thus you can confirm our system of classification and issuing or terminating contracts is appropriate to achieve the best performances during the players discussions.

Questions for Martin : Why do you always wait 'till the second half of any transfer window before bring players in? The early bird catches the worm imo. Look at Stevenage under Evans.....he brings
players in from the first day, and its not doing them much harm is it
Why does the club bring in so many duff strikers. In recent years, you've brought in Alabi, Drinan, Pigott etc, all terrible players that add/added nothing. Your record with other positions is OK, but with strikers, its terrible. We need a good one now for sure
Have you any plans to retire, or are you going to do the job 'till you drop, so to speak?

We were interested in McKirdy prior to his medical. I understand it was a routine procedure and all went well. Is McKirdy able to continue his footballing career, like Eriksen, and are we still interested in signing him?

So many of these questions will never see the light of day on the show..😂😂 And if they do will not result is any sort of answer. To be fair on ML he cannot answer some as they relate to private matters. We know he would never say anything in an indiscreet way. |
