High Wycombe was the town most instrumental in preventing the closure of Marylebone rail terminus which, they argued, provided the place with a connection to "London and the rest of the world". The Great Central Railway to Leicester and Nottingham was not so lucky.

Wycombe in midst of very poor form (winless in 11 in the league) plus a slew of injuries on top. Calls for Ainsworth to return.
Where we keep the ball relatively well at this level they do not - less than 60% pass completion in majority of their most recent games.

Their last match was a 1-0 defeat at Exeter. 1-0 Cox. Where have I heard that before? |
