League 1,anything can happen in the next ninety minutes.Must say this result is the perfect reply to that 0-4 result early in the season with not our best team. I was going to have a little Madeira from our Christmas cellar,when I looked I found that Mrs redshank had necked it all so I will settle for fizzy water and barley water. Isn't the big question whether or not the team can produce their away form at home? There is the Bolton game (we're 2-0 up on aggregate if you don't count the first ten minutes at theirs). Then there's four home games, three of which should be won. Wouldn't that put us in the playoffs, or within a shot of it. And then, what if???
With two or three big signings, this squad would compete in the Championship.
Unlikely, but not just a dream.

Pompey tried, got nowhere, then Pompey as a team crumpled in front of us, their only shot on target was the penalty, We were taking the pee and told them so

I like that line up,if half show good form we will do the job. Me too. I think that's the strongest team we've fielded this season. If everyone's on their game then we might have a chance here. Maybe that's asking a lot though 😅 You got your wish 👍🏾 |
