In general players get better with RW in charge. If Cooper gets to become a better player the O's have done very good business. Styles I think rather than just the manager. Cooper likes the style of football we play so is a good fit. It will help him develop. Others, like Shad, Smith and the FB whose name I always forget, just don’t fit into his style. No reflection on the players who could flourish elsewhere but not with us. The trick is I guess to build a squad that suites what the manager wants and RW has been successful thus far with incomings and outgoings. And in the process is creating an entertaining style of play. Mostly.

There are defenders who scare the bejesus out of attackers who fear for their physical safety, BC is one of those. He's our Norman Hunter and l welcome that. What was Norman Hunter's nickname? Was it "bite yer legs off" Hunter, or something like that? Hunter bites your leg

Michael Foot was a true leg end He of donkey jacket fame or infamy? His political influences I fear were on the wrong side of the Iron curtain imo.

I vaguely remember Michael Foot and his close cohorts singing the "Red Flag" at the five-barred gate of his country residence on the night of the election he lost to Margaret Thatcher. It reminded me of the removal of Boxer from Animal Farm.
