I'm not surprised and I'm pleased Monks is staying.
If his tendinitis is causing him problems which I suspect it is then no one would sign him. I hope and pray it levels off and he can get back to being himself. He is more than good enough to play at this level and it's a shame he is being hampered and to a degree being popped at by fans.
I've had it and it's finally left me after a good 8 months and I can tell you it hurt to just walk, god knows what he feels as a professional athlete. On top of this I guess his faith keeps him believing cos it can't be easy not being able to do something you've been blessed to do without even having to think.
