There's been a lot of talk about the club's finances this season. What's the plan on the off chance we go up? Could the financial demands of the Championship potentially sink the club? Or do you think we could realistically compete?

The council have lowered our capacity due to safety fears. Should we assume they have an expert and it's not just the opinion of the window cleaner? Have we questioned this decision with an expert of our own? Reports on academy games appear on the website on Wednesdays but never report the line-ups. What is the thinking behind this? No thinking just too lazy?

Are the club looking for more investors ( Directors), as we get a little nearer The Championship?
If we got promoted this season, would you be able to cope financially in the Championship next season?

Is every player for sale in order to keep losses at reasonable levels, or are their some players the manager and board deem too good to sell?
Are you ready to offer Richie a new contract yet and if not, why not?
Are we moving towards longer contracts for players at the club, or is the business model to primarily continue with two year deals?

Thanks everyone!
As you can imagine we've had loads of questions about Richies post match interview yesterday, transfer window, new training ground and stadium update!
Keep the questions coming!

Anything in the works to continue to grow the overseas supporter groups established by the club? I’m thinking of ideas other clubs have used like watch parties, social media support, local club banners (like Orient America, Orient Ireland etc.), t shirts, stickers, koozies, plastic mugs, Orient related tchotchkes. Little things could go a long way to help.
Thanks for what you do for the club.

In a recent interview, RW mentioned that there was talk about a contract extension for him but nothing came of it. What is Richie's contract expiration date and have we/will we offer him a new contract and for what duration?
You asked for L1 status and a good cup run this season. If we do our summer transfer business well, there's a good chance we could be pushing for promotion next season. Will the club be better prepared for promotion next season and how so?
Have we over spent, under spent, or broke even on our 2023/24 actual vs budget spending?
Has there been any change in strategy/direction for the club during the next five years? If yes, what is that change?
What's the latest on the TV screening of games for the 2024/25 season? Is it through TV game passes or does the new Sky contract come into play?
What can us fans do to help the club, and in particular for a promotion push next season?
Thanks for your operation of our club. I (we) feel in good hands.

Richie mentioned about a contract two games ago, what is happening to tie him down to a longer deal? He says he wants to move his family down and the financial security of a longer deal will surely allow that to happen. In our organisation he is arguably the most important person and its good business to secure those services for longer.

Is there anything more that can be done with the empty seats? There have been some sell outs this season, but there are empty seats everywhere. I am not a season ticket holder so it is frustrating to see single tickets available in the north stand that I cannot purchase but nothing available elsewhere. Yes, I probably should get a ticket sooner, but I often can’t be sure if I can go until late in the day. Would a section of unreserved seating in east stand be feasible for late sales?

If he can sort out the railways that would be great. Fed up of strikes, cancellations and maintenance screwing up my Saturday fix. When I know I can’t attend Ill often log my seats as available on the website and got the odd bit of cash back too. Not made the best use of our season ticket and her indoors questions my judgement suggesting she gets one too. If I had individual tickets I’d happily post to others for free. My journey is long enough and tiring enough even without all this crap. You can add Jubilee line maintenance to that list too now. Don't bother getting cheaper advance tickets, leave it till Friday and see what’s happening. Too old for all this.

If he can sort out the railways that would be great. 😂 Is it easy to do? I know some people have difficulties logging onto the stream so just curious whether this is something the club could work towards making more convenient.

Even finding place on the web is irritating. Admit sometimes I can’t be bothered, evening games. Can’t go to these and never full anyway. But I don’t like the website at all and it has its quirks on an iPad that I’ve got round by trial and error. Once logged on I don’t have problems with the stream, paying by PayPal. Works fine on my laptop too.

Another option is Twickets. I see QPR have an arrangement with them that allows fans to sell tickets. The advantage is they get the payment direct rather than a discount on next season’s ticket.

Bloody Hell, I got an email saying my account would be credited. Never checked to see if that’s real money or discount on next seasons ticket!
