Why didn't the ref send sweeney off after the final whistle? He was on top of it so why ignore it? Because it was nothing to do with the Os players/management |

Just back. Poor game against a team whose style I dislike. So much off the ball shoving etc and when they had the chance went down like they had been shot. But I was impressed just how well we stood up to them and held firm despite all that crap. Hard watch. Great result. Feel for Stevenage fans having to watch that every week. Well done to all our players, a hard won 3 points.

Big shout out to Prately today, he was immense and in his element. Superb performance from him. It seems that Prately, Beckles and Cooper relish these types of matches. Orient's away form has been fantastic this year and the defensive elements seem to be the key. I'm going to be bold and say that Piggott is really good in these situations because in a sense he is a defensive number nine. Interestingly he was playing again Dan Sweeney with whom he played at Maidstone United when they were in their first season of National League football under Jay Saunders. Next season looks good with the squad we've got. Sanders is coming good now and we're going to get excellent cameos from the likes of George, Graham and Adgei next season. Let's not forget that Happe will return too. |
