I'd be surprised if RW doesn't sign but this has been dragging on since January. I don't want him go but there are other decent managers out there if need be, and somehow it's hard to see RW staying beyond the end of next season whatever happens. He will sign a new deal, he will move his family down and he will get us promoted. Simple as really. now who are these good managers you refer to as only Duff in my opinion is free and good enough. So I’m intrigued in who you think these decent managers are?

Skubala (Lincoln) and Nathan Jones (Charlton) have both been brought in recently and doing well. One inexperienced, one experienced. I'd give the job to Danny Webb.

Yes RW is excellent, and I hope he stays.
However - I do not understand why or how the focus has recently moved to a debate of us re is he staying or going.
Yeah, it keeps cropping up in different interviews, but it’s taken too higher profile now.
It started off some months ago and should have been drafted offered, negotiated and signed off by both parties That is what other clubs seem to do I don’t read all this conjecture re other clubs. - other than WHU and Man United
If he goes it’s not very good for Orient because his points achievement is far better than others who continually fail at every club, they go to.
But life will go on the way as it did for decades as they come and go for a range of different reasons.

Ithink Danny Webb would be a good choice. Gained management experience at Chesterfield working with Paul Cooke. That is if things turn sour in RW contract negotiations. The big if imo would he be able to work with DoF.This as if reports are to be believed one of the reasons he left was a falling out with DoF.

I think your third point gives a bit of a clue, the length of time involved is bound to lead to such speculation
