It's a shame Colby Bishop is retained. I'd give the coffee a miss and offer him a pint to join the Orient.

Tea bags, but only the best,Clipper everyday tea for strength and Waitrose Gold for the smoothness,3 Clipper,2 Gold for two cups or small mugs of tea, with full milk.I would not mind dying drinking a cup of tea made this way. Now that Wellens has confirmed there was nothing to the Barnsley hearsay I shall resume using Yorkshire Gold!👍👍😄😄 🍵

Outstanding experienced midfielder. I doubt we'd be able to compete with their offer even if it's on the lower end. But you never know, maybe he really loves a Five Lads 🤷

But unless we at least make a try for better players e.g. like Pack it will be hard to shake off the “ little Leyton Orient “ mentality that still percolates through the club at times.

I never felt like we were more like the “ little Leyton Orient” than when we last played Derby…Shocking contrast

Outstanding experienced midfielder. Don’t see us going in for experienced guys like Pack. I know we have Pratley, but generally we are looking for younger players we can develop and who could earn us a few quid when they move on.

You are possibly right BB but Wellens has made a great deal over the last 3 months of the value of experience and the need for leaders both of which an individual LIKE Pack could well provide. That said, I think it’s more sensible to look to sign players in their mid twenties where it’s possible to do so.

Chelsea right now are a great example of what happens if you pack your squad with talented youngsters without experienced heads for them to learn from.

To reply to your statement, I refer to Frank Hu chair of Dept. Of Nutrition at Harvard T.H Chan School of Public health. Article in Discover states the following: For most people moderate coffee consumption can be incorporated into a healthy diet. Moderate coffee intake 2-5 cups a day is linked to a lower likely hood of developing Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease, liver and endometrial cancers, Parkinsons disease and depression. Coffee and red wine. Good for your health (in moderation), however don’t expect to have white teeth Checked with dietician and coffee is subjective in chose . Maybe one cup am occasionally is ok for me

In a land of thousands of clubs we ain’t so little compared to most.

When the club moves stadium, it should be renamed London Orient. No one could ever say Little London, could they?

You don't read the DT comments on any article.London is despised by our Northern friends, one never sees comments the other way.
