I well remember them coming to the O’s on the back of a long winning run and “ wonder kid” Trevor Francis on a record breaking goalscoring streak back in 1971. Needless to say they won and Francis scored! 😄👍 Think they won 2-0 and he got both of them. |

Radio days,how wonderful they were.Ashes matches from Australia that drifted in and out,with whistles and other noises,would go back to those days in a trice.Not so happy now the world has turned sour as they said on the tv series The Figaro Club. |
