Looks like we’re announcing a keeper any time now. The clue was a video from a sunny place (Costa del Sol - Sol Brynn?). Seems likely based on the clue Wow, you really read a lot into that considering the team's in Spain rn 😂 Haha yes I did 😅. They are usually very clever with the clues so I thought here we go cute play on words. Oh well I actually think we got an upgrade in the end🤞 |

They are fit, athletic young men, a tough fitness regime should be well within their capabilities. Rather me than them to be honest. But I can’t at my age, but I still exercise 6 days a week. I would just love to be able to do a really tough exercise program. |

Yes keeping active is vital.
I cycle most days sometimes 2/3 hours
I'm shattered but recover quickly.
At 66 I look older ,but inside younger.that's what matters most.
On that video noticed how fit pratley is.After the run in that heat he was far less knackered than the young uns
