UEFA have written to Nandy and have told her if kid starver goes through with implementing a regulator for football then England maybe kicked out of the euro tournament we will be hosting in 28 Mr Theodoridis wrote: 'We have specific rules that guard against [state meddling] in order to guarantee the autonomy of sport and fairness of sporting competition; the ultimate sanction for which would be excluding the federation from Uefa and teams from competition.' well that’s us done then as Labour loves to control and interfere in all our lives. Oh well, it would have been good to watch a tournament on home soil. I guess we can add to the petition that’s active right now. www.change.org/p/demand-change-keir-starmer-step-down-now

He’s F’ing up enough already Also soft on illegal immigrants and the massive amounts of money it costs to house and keep them, but cracking down on winter payments that help out the pensioner's with their heating bills. .

Johnson too fell into that Category to a degree. But I really feel for those who will be affected by Labour over the next few years. The impact on some will last a lifetime, as they were by Brown. No surprise Starmers approval rating has dropped 30 points already.

The government does not have a plan, did not come into power with a plan and are absolutely clueless about what to do.

The government does not have a plan, did not come into power with a plan and are absolutely clueless about what to do. That IS the danger. They don’t know what to do but feel they need to do something. The consequences of which is dangerous. This is exactly what is happening right now and the excuse is the Tories. We all know that’s bollox. But it soothes the unthinking. Would the tories cut the fuel allowance? No. Would the Tories release dangerous criminals? No. Would the Tories allow Germany to use U.K. funded facilities in Rawanda? No. Would the Tories cave in to unions? No. Would the Tories scrap strike laws? no. Would the Tories introduce anti business legislation? No. But Starmer will under Union control. Planning is not something I associate with Starmer and his top team. Only ideology. God help us. I cannot believe (well I can) some of the absolute stupidly of some of Starmers comments. the guy is an idiot, running the asylum.

The other forum members have much different views, many are Starmer supporters. What ever criticism Rishi and Boris got for the large amount of money spent over the last few years, high inflation etc but how would Labour have done so much better when faced with the world wide killer Covid epidemic closely followed by the chaos that followed all over the world caused by the Ukraine war ? The general public have short memories of the massive help given by the Boris government to help working people during Covid and increased winter fuel payments given to pensioners and those on benefits to help out when the home energy costs went up so much. Also the government limitations imposed at the time on the level that that could be charged on electric and gas bills.

Politics and the partisanship it inevitably produces is not a plus for these hallowed pages. Agree. I dislike both sides in equal measure. Yet my disgust at some recent measures goes beyond party politics.
