My daughter went down at half time to grab a drink and some food. They said it wasn't ready, but could she pay. She waited and people were joining the queue and getting the food she ordered. They said 5 more mins and then 5 more mins. At this point the second half had started and they pulled down the shutter and she asked can I have my food please? They said no, didn’t give her a refund and closed the shutters! They were really rude and unprofessional.
So she never got her food or refund! Scumbags.

I've had similar at Orient where they sold me pie and mash then said they'd run out. Offered me an alternative, which I didn't want, so I said I'd take a refund. Met with "We can't give refunds - you'll have to take that up with the club" 6 weeks and multiple offers of a voucher for free food later the club finally gave a refund. |
