Our non playing staff is about to expand yet again with the above vacancy currently advertised on lofc Twitter
I challenge our CEO to issue a complete list of all non playing staff and really think about their roles and absolute need.

Judging from the job description I'd say the successful applicant will have their work cut out.
On top of which "We are looking for someone who is honest, inclusive, kind, hardworking and loyal."
Finally, there's no mention of pay but presumably some sort of salary comes with the job.

I am just a dedicated lofc supporter since 1961/2.
We may need a graphic designer in house they obviously think they do as they are recruiting
The club publish annual losses continually and the lack of funds is given as a reason to substantiate lofc player recruitment. However the club appear to have a multitude of non playing staff.
In addition they are spending substantial funds on improving the ground with a lease owned by a pension fund - to “increase the matchday experience “
All I want is a review of all non playing staff and for the club to add up the total cost in that employment and then compare that with revenue and ensure the ratio is acceptable.
If we need a graphic designer cannot a freelance one be used - the same principle applies to other roles
Over the last two years we continue to periodically advertise for a range of staff - we only have a small matchday crowd to provide revenue plus the sponsors and streaming - there has to be a limit to staff numbers.

Not too sure a graphic designer will cost a huge amount and would hopefully recoup that value by enhancing the Leyton Orient brand to whatever audience the club feel is appropriate. Given NT’s history in HR I doubt we have any unnecessary jobs. But it an interesting idea to compare the playing-based and non-playing staff costs. But non playing staff can add to club income.
Would be interesting to compare the revenue generated by the playing-based side to the non-playing side to get an idea of cost/benefit vaule. But this stuff will remain in 5he boardroom most likely.
But yes, an interesting question.
