Can you explain your role within the setup now thigs have settled down. Are you a bibs and cone man or do you have a more hands on role in the coaching of the players.

Secondly in terms of developing our own young players and not having 20 coaches like a premier club has, how do we move their development on quicker with the limited resources to hand?
