Thanks. You always wonder if you've been too harsh, and I am never over comfortable with being critical of anyone or thing if they are not present to counter comment. So long as people thought we were not unreasonable, then that's good enough for me. Glad you enjoyed the listen. Fingers crossed we have a more positive show next week . To be confirmed, but due to have Kevin Lisbie as our guest.....what would we give to have him up front atm !!

I say say it as you see it..As always, some will agree and some won’t.. to me you said it as I see it.. As they say honesty’s the best policy (most if the time)

People don’t have to agree with the views expressed on the programme Andy - I’ve often found myself out of kilter with the panel - but so long as it’s honest I don’t think anyone can really criticise.👍

This was a really depressive episode!
We're barely a week away from having stuffed Stockport!
Chin up people!

I thought at the beginning of this season that with so many ‘big’ clubs and budgets, that it would be ultra competitive and nobody would necessarily run away with it. I’m revising that view on Birmingham, as their inexperienced manager seems to have hit the ground running. Think Wrexham will be like Stevenage and finally drop away. As for the rest of us, and I do include the O’s in that, anyone can have a run and propel themselves up the league. When we play well we are just as good as anyone else, it’s just you have an inexperienced squad that perhaps mentally aren’t there yet in being able to cope with the expectations (and being able to put it into practice), of both the fans and the manager.

It is painful to be negative but at times you just have to see it how it is,The manager and team have to take that in and remember we are their reason for playing.Other things are taken into consideration of course. Wonder how a footballer plays if has a row with his wife girlfriend or partner just before the team gets together.

I doubt fans are the reasons why they play, the fans/Tv create the environment that allows them to earn a living. They play for their careers, their family, the money, glory. Even the love of the game. I doubt many have any deep long lasting affection for a club, no more than any of us when we change jobs. It’s a job for players, a means to an end, a wage. Hopefully happy memories and maybe a few friends. That’s it. They will be club supporters too, that’s where their feelings are, irrespective of where they play. Slade sticks in my mind. Went to Notts County to wish him farewell. Stood there in front of us fans waving and tapping the club badge. Not long after he is on TV in front of the Cardiff fans waving and tapping the club badge. Loyalties shift with a change of employer, fair enough.
