When Curbishley brought in Danny Mills, Sacha Illic and Eddie Youlds in it boosted the team massively and you went on to win the play off final.
When you contrast that with the 2014 team, do you feel that additional player(s) would have pushed us over the line automatically or even win the final? Was Russell hampered in that respect?
