To those on here who think there's an issue between Zech and Richie, you are and we're wrong.

To those on here who think there's an issue between Zech and Richie, you are and we're wrong. You think players/managers wash their dirty linen in public? Rarely. Public face/private face can be very different. Having said that I doubt there would be too much friction especially with Zach building his career. But I’m willing to believe behind the scenes friction does exist right now in general. Easy to manage when things going well. The true test is in the bad times like now.

Watch the players body language. I am not seeing anything untoward.

Yup,a couple of wins especially at home and the confidence will be noticeable. Not to different at work when we as short of work now and then, much mumbling about favourites.

Given our current record of 5 wins in our last 21 EFL games, it would indeed be surprising if there were not some tensions behind the scenes I would have thought - although not necessarily between RW & Obiero specifically.

Not a good win rate is it,true relegation statistic.Heading for 30-40 points at the end of the season........UNLESS.

Well we obviously have to recognise that it’s spread across both last and this season, which softens the blow somewhat but taken at face value, its clearly a record that’s deeply unsatisfactory and must improve if we’re to stay clear of the bottom four.

Would not be human otherwise. I doubt there is too much singing wagon wheel going on right now. Didn’t realise it was 5 in 21. That’s cheered me up. We have decent players, that’s not the issue. They need to get their head in the right place, confidence must be rock bottom. And it shows in the way we play. I’ve little doubt the coaches are working on it. Mix of carrot and stick. A break gives time. Much needed.

But we all know that and have done so for a long time. We let experienced players go, replace them with inferior ones, give Prats another year yet don’t play him. Keep telling myself there must be a reason known only to the powers that be in the club. Beats me! Then so many teams beat us so that’s about right.

Our away performances usually are decent enough, last season and this. Our style of play suits as home teams come out at us. But it doesn't work at all at home games. Last season very poor home stats, carried on this season. We need to play a different direct game at home IMO.

Can someone please supply our home wins and losses over the last three seasons, also the same away. All my Orient supporting life I have wanted a fortress Brisbane Road. All I got was an outpost. But still I turn up at most home games and will do so in League 2 if we go there. Worried blue eyes.

Last season very poor home stats, carried on this season. We need to play a different direct game at home IMO. To play two totally different styles depending upon whether we’re at home or away would be difficult to achieve and entail changes to personnel on a regular basis I would suggest. RW is already under fire for chopping and changing and in game tinkering so I don’t think it’s a practical solution tbh. I doubt you’d get much disagreement from fans however that the team needs to play a more up tempo game and be prepared to mix it up more than we do rather than the somewhat robotic approach that they sometimes fall into.👍

We are always better when playing at speed, our players find it difficult to beat a player when playing slow.Running on to a ball that has been passed with pace often beats the opposition player as our player runs on to it.We have seen very little of that at home this season. We play for the free kicks that Jordan Graham takes, but since the Hearts game ost of those free kicks and corners have been pp.We miss Dan Happe at corners and free kicks,be pleased when he returns .

Yes home games with more pace are a must. Our home form will relegate us this season otherwise. The element of surprise is missing. Just too easy for the opposition.
