Mine would be the 6-1 defeat at Bromley in terms of goals conceded but was at the 5-0 defeats at Arsenal and Everton plus the 5-0 home defeat to Swansea in 07/ 08 (I think that was the season).

Gees I forgot all about those!! That Swansea game I remember a 41yr old Tommy Hutchinson ripping us apart!!

Was a 12.30 ko live on Sky and had a streaker!

Heaviest on the heart was the 1982-83 season orient leading hull 4-1 with 30mins left and lost 5-4 We let in 5 at home several times in a cluster, and manager Knighton brought in two loan strikers! But Chelsea 3-7 worst

Remember the 7-3 defeat to Chelsea, loads of their fans in the West Side, people shouting ‘flasher’ at Clive Walker who’d been arrested for the offence a few weeks beforehand, didn’t stop him running us ragged unfortunately!

Saw us beaten 5-0 at QPR in the early 70s( ) (Stan Bowles was playing for them). Actually thought we played OK and a damn sight better than when we beat Bournemouth 5-0 at home in the early 90s( )

Rod Marsh tore us to shreds. Oh the shame.

The Chelsea 7-3 home defeat still rankles. Another very early memory is losing 6-3 at home to Portsmouth around 1963/64 . Ron Saunders - later Aston Villa manager - scored 3 or 4 as I recall😕

The 6-1 defeat at Fulham in the spring of 1977. Fulham scored all of their goals in the first half, I think John Mitchell may have got a couple (or was it Teddy Maybank?). Still we won the second half courtesy of Paddy Grealish, and I seem to recall George Petchey declaring that we had too much skill to go down (!) after the game...

Still, Petchey was right wasn’t he?😆👍

The QPR game above was a real bubble burster in sept 1970. We came up in style, but hadn't met anyone like marsh. He floated a sublime free kick into the top corner. Fair brother scored a simple header for 5-1

In as much as we stayed up by the skin of our teeth! Yeah, that was the 1-1 draw with Hull City wasn’t it? Even the best of managers can get the boot Billk53. I always rated Petchey very highly - terrific organiser.👍

The worst was 6-1 away to Huddersfield on a very wet night with a leaking roof and a fanatical Huddersfield fan nearby. We was down 3-0 in about 15 minutes. We did stay to the end however. On the way home in the very wet and dark countryside just outside Huddersfield I got a puncture in my new car.Help arrived very soon by a Huddersfield taxi driver and his wife,Mrs redshank sat in the warm taxi chatting to the lady while the taxi driver and myself, both getting soaked put the spare wheel on.The taxi driver refused any payment and both kept calling Mrs redshank who was in her late twenties, pet.The drive home was so much better after that help and the match score nearly forgotten. i have had a soft spot for Huddersfield and their fans ever since and always look at their results.I remember not that far back when we played Huddersfield played at Brisbane road and a long serving player was playing his last match for them. Many wore his face mask and they got a penalty.he duly scored and the Orient fans also applauded the goal,Huddersfield fans heard the Orient applause and clapped for us in thanks.
