Our style of play is based on possession football. Most teams know we will try to dominate the ball and most are happy to let us have it before the press is deployed in their half.
Why do we move the ball so slowly? We move left, then right and left again. I can see what we are trying to do and create space which we can play through. However, our rotation of the ball is so slow we allow teams to get behind the ball, get organised and deny us the space to play through. When we play quick and at pace we leave teams for dead like at Stockport, but frequently we are so slow we are not able to break teams down like Wrexham.
How are you addressing this flaw in our play?

Could ask what the latest is with Theo please.
I know he mentioned about this at the meet the manager evening and it's been said that Theo is back to square one and will be out for 10 months, but as was not there it would be good to hear from the horses mouth so to speak.

1. With the benefit of hindsight do you now think the club made a mistake in signing more than the permitted number of loan players - meaning one of the six has to be excluded every match day?
2. Given the recent news about Theo Archibald, have your priorities changed in terms of the January transfer window targets/ free agency and what - realistically - would you expect in terms of players moving in and out?

Do you think there is a glass ceiling for English managers, in that owners of the bigger clubs in the PL seem to employ overseas managers, rather than risk UK coaching talent.
Do you ever see yourself coaching at national U21 level, rather than club football.
You appear frustrated at our results, when our performances have often been good. Have you ever been in this position before and if so how did you change things.
We have 2nd highest turnovers (Fotmob stats) in the final third ( after Birmingham), how much do you look at stats like this and others, when trying to improve the team.
Who for you has been the most consistent player so far this season.
Apart from Birmingham, which other League One team has impressed you most so far and why.

When the opposition get a corner we always defend it withh 11 men and automatically give the ball back if it's cleared , why don't we leave one player upfield so having a chance to get the ball back , it also gives the keeper a target to give the ball to instead of waiting ages for players to regroup .
