I say sack now and that is only because i think even if we win our next couple of games as soon as we lose a couple he will be under pressure again. Becchetti has made it clear he wants Slade gone

Just be careful what you wish for,to my mind Millinase has always been Bechetti's boy to take over and his managerial career has not been blazing any trails!!! We could end up with a load of third grade Italian's playing for us.

Played 6 games and the owner is giving him just one more game before possible sacking. Utterly ridiculous. Slade has started badly and made average to poor signings but his strength is getting the best out of average players. He must be given at least until Christmas.

Agree with you garyos. Can't understand the Slade love myself. Even last season his tactical ineptitude cost Orient promotion. Get rid and when the new manager does well everyone will forget Slade. Sorry to be harsh but true if Orient want to be something.

Becchetti has made it clear he wants Slade gone i agree with you Harlow sack slade now .put the man out of his misery .the new chairman wants his own man and he also wants success and slade isn't delivering .if slade goes now we are still in with a chance of turning things around .i saw the interview with slade after the game he doesn't look happy he looks under pressure .after Tuesday I will be all over for him .i think nugent and dearden will be given there marching orders as well .by the time the Rochdale game comes .the new man will be in and we can get back on track again .

I also agree with HarlowO, sack him now and get it over and done with. It's hard not to see that as the agenda since day 1. And while we're at it, why not formally welcome the circus to town by swapping out Tijuana Taxi for Entry of the Gladiators (aka "Send in the Clowns"). Still, at least we're in for some entertainment.

Part of the problem here is the new owner has only seen 2 matches this season and Saturday's was one of them. It's not like he's drawing from a balanced view in that case is it because even many of the fans weren't staying till the end. If he'd brought anyone to see his new toy his decision may be an emotional reaction and will be coming from feeling horrified and possibly embarrassed too.

We cold play county off the park tomorrow, hit the woodwork several times, have a couple of goals disallowed, draw 0-0 and Russ would lose his job, my opinion is give him at least till after Saturday to sort it out.

I cannot believe the state of this vote. Anyone wanting Slade out needs their mind testing.

I would give him to Christmas, that's plenty of time, I hope he does turn it around it's just I don't think slade enjoys playing with the 'favorites' tag, he doesn't like being a big club, players better when he is an underdog

It's all been in the lower divisions and on small budgets .now the Italians are in they want big things for Leyton orient and slade doesn't fit in with there plans .when slade goes the betting is the next manager of the os will be an Italian .i think it could be di canio /Zola or the manager who recently left Watford .if slade does win at notts county tomorrow it will be just a stay of execution until another bad result happens .sadly for slade the writing is on the wall .the Italians want there own man .
