It's not official, but Slade went all the way across the pitch to applaud us and the club.
We were singing his name, but Slade's body language suggested he is convinced that this was his final match as Orient boss.
Lets honor this man and keep the "right decision" discuss on other threads.
For me, as a fresh Orient fan. Russel Slade had a huge impact when I first fell in love with the club. The lad was friendly and open minded and I enjoyed the time around him. He have done a magnificent job and I wish him good luck in the future. You got no hair, but we don't care. Russel, Russel Slade.

Even i've logged in to comment on this..
Slade has been treated in a shocking way, his position is untenable and he deserves better.
From the moment he has walked in the door he showed class and professionalism. There will be many league one clubs knocking on his door soon.

Well I think I'd rather be a prat than a w**ker its not about difference of opinion it's about the way this Italian goes about things He has not addressed the fans in any way shape or form since the takeover and that p***es me off there's other things to that p*ss me off about him but I can't be arsed to go into them as it's late and I have to be up for work His Alleged Billions don't fill me with any kind of hope or satisfaction regarding my club I instead feel fear and dread hopefully time will tell and I'm wrong and if so I will admit I was wrong in the meantime it's my own opinion that anyone who wants Slade out after 6 league games are W**kers that is all |

I know Slade and the boys will turn it around ,win the game in hand and we are in the top half ,they have to work hard ,keep the team spirit and believe in Slade. if Slade goes I will be very disappointed and the team will be broken up.Mind you this happened to Sheffield United last season they were in a similar position after 15 games changed their manager and shot up the league and almost made the play offs .what ever happens I will still be an Orient supporter who has seen worse times in my 60 years supporting them!!!!!
