So Russell has had his head turned by Vincent but Franco needs to be strong when Russell wants to come back to him after realising Vincent only wanted him to make someone else jealous and dumps him after a week or so.

I will give slade 6 months at the best with tan .he sacked Malay Mackey who got them to the premier league and solskar only lasted 9 months .this is a decision slade will live to regret.we will carry on without him .he bought some great times to leuton orient .thanks for the memories Russell . |

I'm sure Slade will succeed at Cardiff and good luck to him. The only problem may be that the "stars" down there look down their collective noses at him and he can't make them perform. It's likely that Tan requires promotion and nothing less from this season and that isn't likely to happen.
I would have a similar fear for Kevin Nugent if he took over at Brisbane Road.

All the talk down here is that Slade is actually Tan's choice. So given his, Tan's, actions over other issues he will somehow make sure Slade succeeds.

Vincent Tan have spent a lot of money on transfer, now he is looking in other directions and "Russel Slade havn't spent money on transers in four years" Perfekt match. |

Apparently Tan said a ghost told him to sign a bald manager with a baseball cap. Next week the ghost will tell him to fire him.
Slade has made a big mistake here but Orient will carry on without him I'm sure.
