Hi all, I was fortunate enough to have a radio interview with Barry Hearn this morning for Phoenix FM. In the first 10 minutes, he discusses the clubs current situation/new owners etc. Would be good to get feedback from the fans. Listen here: www.phoenixfm.com/2014/10/03/chatting-with-barry-hearn/My twitter is @joebox_ if you want to send me views on there. Thanks!

Nothing new from Hearn really don't really appreciate the little dig at the fans bit though we are not all numptys
No surprise on what he said about Slade and no surprise what he said about Bechetti
He's well out of it with a pocketful of cash

It's also worth noting that club owners in the rest of central Europe do not see the need to communicate with fans who, generally, are regarded as little more than irrelevant. It's no surprise that Beccetti should have such a view, he's not English and almost certainly doesn't buy into any version of democracy or power sharing. He will not see it as though he has any responsibility to the fans above providing success on the field for which he will expect a degree or worship.

Rather have trophies on the field than 'bazza' buying the lads a round of drinks after the match. But I am a Chelsea fan...

He did question some of the decisions made by the new owner, which I found refreshing, but apart from that there was nothing new.

I like it, I feel the interview could of pushed the questions more and tried to get more in depth with Barry, but overall it was good, Barry is a showman so I miss that aspect of our club
