nugent not good enough , players not good enough, I agree nugent not good enough.played 2 lost 2.so how can the chairman offer him the position of head coach.thats baffling.things started off well today v Swindon we were creating chances .and went one nil down totally against the run of play .but when the first goal went in heads went down we lost our shape and no one seem to know what they were doing of .brisbane rd use to be at fortress for us .but now any team coming here will fancy there chances .at the moment we have s championship squad heading for league 2.this is worrying you can't see were the next win is coming from .the team is totally lacking confidence.we need a new manager but not nugent . |

Feel a bit for Nugent, he is trying different tactics to give him credit with a new 4-2-3-1 formation today and in parts in looked quite good but the players clearly have no confidence, a manager is needed who can keep them going even if they concede and give them belief.
Slade was a good motivator but his tactics were useless whereeas at least Nugent is trying something different.
