O's youngster De'Reece Vanderhyde has this week joined non-league side Concord Rangers on a 28-day youth loan, so much for small squad when we can afford to ship lads out on loan,

To be fair I doubt he would have got any playing time in the first team at the moment.

It will do him good,Concord are a good little outfit.It's where Lyle Taylor became a proper player before moving on to greener pastures.

To be fair I doubt he would have got any playing time in the first team at the moment. Very true but I thought the last thing you would want to do when you have a small squad is to ship lads out on loan, unless this means we will be dipping into the loan market oursels |
