The board was good years ago, most of the better boarders disappeared and were replaced by muppets.

I do Twitter but i must be the only person not to be on Facebook.
I keep meaning to do go on there but just haven't got round to it.

The Brighton forum is one of the most successful on the internet and is still going strong, even with the competition of Twitter and Facebook. www.northstandchat.com/forum.phpOur message board was one of the best back in the early 2000's but it has suffered a lot in recent years. It got hacked in 2009, then was offline for about a month before a new one popped up. Then it was deleted again for no good reason last year and people just cannot be bothered with all the hassle of registering again and again. This all coincided with the huge surge in popularity of social media. That's why it has failed so badly. This forum could succeed but it needs a lot of hard work and it will be difficult because we have a small fanbase. |
