3rd with 90+ points. Extremely unfortunate that we have such a great season at the same time as Wolves and Brentford. I just don't think they will drop as many points as we do. Can't really predict the play offs but I fancy us to beat Peterborough over two legs. Rotherham, Preston or Walsall won't be easy. Well at least 1 of your clubs may go up automatically Richmond I don't support Brentford. |

I bet mr hearn hopes we don't! I can see him now with his calculator in his hand doing some number crunching! He can't afford it! With us still there in with a good shot of automatic promotion I thought he would have thrown the kitchen sink at getting us up!

True, if we was only near the playoffs I could understand his caution, don't think we are gonna get this close again, stuff the darts give us your money!

I think our next 5 games will decide if we're up to it or not.
If we win 3 of our next 4 vs Peterborough, Bristol City and Stevenage and lose to Preston. then we'll be AT LEAST 5 points clear of Wolves, although they will have a game in hand.
Then Wolves have to play Brentford at Griffin Park whilst we're at home to Swindon, lets call that a draw (probably the most effective result for us although a Brentford win would probably help us more in terms of automatic promotions.
Potentially and of course this is a big 'if', but IF we can beat Swindon or take 12 points from our next 15 games. We'll be at least 7 points clear of Wolves (if Wolves fail to beat Brentford) and we could be 11 points clear if we beat Preston and Brentford beat Wolves. This also takes into account the Wolves beat Notts County. This would be significant and we'd most likely be top of the league.
Although every game is significant now the mental side of being so far ahead would be a huge boost to us. Largely down to Wolves having a couple of games postponed so they would have a game in hand on us.
I hate 'what-if's' but this is our chance to put down the marker for the wolves to try and hunt us down

personally I think we will go up, we certainly have been good enough,this season and of course carried our form over from last season, this is
without doubt, the best team we have had for a long time, with a good manager,at the helm ,the team sprit is superb,its, good to see a strong bench as well as a strong starting 11,i think other teams have looked at us in the past and thought ok its only orient ,but this year we have proved them all wrong, that to me is a team that has the players,a good manager and the will to win, and win automactic promotion . coyos

This team has proved we can mix it with the best, both in terms of playing football and the physical side. We are good enough to get automatic promotion but the last run in to the end of the season will prove if we have the mental attitude to deal with it. I still think we will, but time will tell.
