Nobby Stiles has died 78 years old. Never forget that 66 final.One of those players that epitomized the English player full of heart and guts. Sadly missed RIP. |

I think her role in the James Bond thingy was underrated and so was the film and the Bond guy. RIP. Apparently they didn’t get on well. Diana Rigg ate Garlic before the love scenes to upset him and he was arrogant and full of himself. |

I got the box set the other day and when watching Sean Connery kept thinking ‘oops, can’t get away with that these days’. 😉. He was the one person EVERY bloke wanted to be.

Sad but I don't know who he is. John Sessions played a great part IMO as Undergraduate Zipser in Channel 4's adaptation of Tom Sharpe's Porterhouse Blue. Taking the P##s out of the cap and gown divide in Cambridge. Zipser was bedding his Cleaning lady in his rooms when he was trying to remove an excess of Condoms he had bought. He had filled up the items with gas and poked them up the Chimney. His cleaning lady to warm them up in his room lit the fire and the explosion was the end of Zipser and his bed mate. |
