Tommy Banks passes away aged 94. He played for Bolton and was in the victorious FA Cup wiining team of 58 and represented England at the 58 world cup in Sweden. He was the oldest living English International.

Former Derby County and Leicester City midfielder Willie Carlin has died aged 83. Possibly not fondly remembered by O’s fans as his tackle at Ninian Park when he was at Cardiff broke David Payne’s leg.

A tragedy to die so young.Far too many young sportsmen dying at a young age,something that is being ignored.

He was a superb actor. Mash was a top top show, and Animal House is one of the funniest films ever. RIP

He was on screen for just a few minutes in JFK but that brief scene was the stand out for me in a film with lots of big scenes and lots of great actors. His cadence and the build up of the dialogue that matched the scores best song “The Conspirators” was fantastic. He had so many great performances, but this one was my favorite.
