Smyth has been selected for Northern Ireland so will miss the Crawley and Barrow games. Blimey! We ‘re in October and KJ still hasn’t been able to field his strongest team yet! ☹️

Good news. If he does well we can get a few Bob selling him to Peterborough.
But I’d really like to see him play a few times first.

Unbelievable, after all that time out injured, Paul Smyth plays half a game, did really well and now going to miss one league game against Barrow and a cup game against Crawley, what next, a Republic of Ireland call up for Aaron Drinan ?

So will Sotiriou and Kyprianou also be called up again 🤔🤔 If they are I think we could get the game called off with three players out. I think KJ would rather play the game, be interesting to see what happens.

No chance of getting on.
Northern Ireland are 1 down and down to ten men.

Didn’t play again last night. Missed the barrow game for nothing. On the plus, hopefully that means he managed not to get injured again as I felt sure was going to happen!

He's missed a fair bit of training/tactical practice just to sit on the bench. I assume NI's sojourn into international footy is already over?

3rd degree corns on his backside but no splinters apparently.

Be on the bench Saturday I hope. Challenging for a starting slot soon. Still rate him as our best signing.

I would like us to sacrifice one of the central defenders and go with archibald, smith, drillan and smyth.

Games of football are won or lost on the playing field, not on paperwork statistics.
Paul Smyth needs to get fit and start playing regularly before any judgement can be made either way.
