It was a decent team that played some bloke called Tommy Forecast in goal.
Jones and Larkins both carrying minor injuries.

What is it with Southend, that we cant beat them. They fielded a really weak reserve/youth team, and we concede three goals. that's terrible.
Apparently we missed a whole host of chances once again, and Lisbe had a pen saved agian, and was lucky the rebound came straight to him, and he lashed it home, but thats twice on the trot the man has failed to put a penalty away. Time for someone else to step forward methinks.
I think we should be beating teams like Tamworth and southend. I know its a friendly etc etc, but we should be beating these teams

Yet another fomer Spurs keeper. Butcher & Button were good. Stech from West Ham i thought was pony. This guy has hardly played any football at all, and when he has it seem's like he's had a mare. |
