The 30+ club?
Ideally they move on to be replaced with some youth and energy?

in an ideal world I suppose yes, but you have to be careful as I think you need the mix of youth and experience. most of the great teams have had 1 or 2 aging players

I would prefer us bring the youth in first, a slower transition, rather than one in one out.

All had it unfortunately, indeed you need a good blend of experience and youth but not at the expense of having to unsettle a possible winning side due to the increased likely hood of injuries.

I believe all of them are out of contract in the summer, maybe that's when JE will get some free cash & a chance to mould his own team.

Jobi doesn't look out of place at all. And I'm sure he played for Reading in his late 30's so I reckon that outs him in his 50's ๐
