Pretty much as I saw the game. I wouldn't have been as generous on the scores every player as per your ratings minus 0.5! We never got out of 3 rd gear but never needed to as tranmere were awful and offered nothing going forward, . We saw yesterday how good some players are when they didn't play in their usual position. Take odubajo. You realise how good he is on the right of midfield when you see batt play there. I like batt and he deserves his chance and some game time to get him fitter. But within 15 mins of batt going off and odubajo pushing forward he had 2 great little runs and shot and we were 2 up
Dagnall is very unfortunate not to be starting he is a menace and a defenders nightmare he chases everything.

Agree with a mixture of both of you.
Thought Cox could've stuck to his wing bit more as at certain times we'd overloaded the other flank with Moses, Batt, Cox and also Mooney pulling out to the right which left absolutely nothing down the left. This fluid system of the front 6 seems to work in fits and starts, worked well against Gillingham didn't work as well yesetrday against Tranmere who were even worse than the Gills.
I know nobody rates him but thought Sawyer had an exceptional game yesterday, got forward on occasions, decent crosses, always willing to overlap and defended well too considering he had nobody in on the left-wing to help him out at all.
Dagnall showed great composure and technique for the goal. I feel he should be starting too. Partnering Lisbie upfront and Lundstram sliding him throughballs.

Batt was a 4 for me. Too often when Moses got the ball, he didn't have an outlet, as Batt was stood like a statue, waiting for Christmas.
Cox had a shocker to begin with, so many misplaced balls the guys behind me were talking of him as a 2/10. He did get better.
Lisbie, Lundstrom and Sawyer, all decent games, the rest were ok, but as a unit we really should have put a hatful past Tranmere who were poor.
