Darren Pratley – Automatic extension following appearances
Adam Thompson – Option in favour of the Club*
Matt Young – Option in favour of the Club*
Rhys Byrne – Option in favour of the Club*
*There is an option of a further year in the player’s contract which the Club can choose to take up.
I guess they are all one-year offers, some with options.
What we don't know..... how good are the offers?

Archibald was listed as “Return to parent Club following loan” and not listed as an offered player. Both statuses can be true for him though, no?

Theo is a Lincoln player so we can't retain him. Will have to make a transfer offer. Pleased with those new offers, but if I was advising Sam I would probably say time to move on. The fact that we have only released two players shows how much Richie rates this squad.

Worth mentioning that Adam Thompson has survived the cut as well , despite his injury plagued 18 months at the club. Several on here pontificated that he would be long gone by now and it will be interesting to see just how well he can do if he gets an extended run in the team.

"will Thomo be flying down the wing, taking on defenders and putting in killer crosses? No. Will he be putting in strong defensive performances of the quality we need? Yes." If the team needs the latter then Adam will probably do well for himself and the team. |

RW may rate the squad but he doesn't necessary have much leeway in terms of players to release as they're on contract. We are overloaded in some positions and RW has the option of freeing up some space by loaning players out but that will take time. |

Hope it works in the clubs favour for those that have been offered new contracts.They would certainly help our promotion effort.Sam is an interesting choice to be offered new terms,maybe they see Lawrence leaving.

It could be that SS has a comfortable life and doesn't have the burning anbition to play first team football. It's not a sin nor a weakness, maybe he's quite happy. |

Although I guess neither are likely to be too expensive I suppose The club have been playing a few "behind closed doors" friendlies recently and I would think that these games would massively benefit the fringe players . I hope we carry on with this policy especially with the absence of a reserve team . |

I’ve got a funny feeling that Otis Khan will be a very good player for us next season when he’s played in midfield I’ve liked what I’ve seen I may be totally wrong but he’s got a lovely first touch and he can run with the ball look at the goal we scored away at Walsall Khan first touch and cross for our first goal was excellent
