Unilaterally under investing on the squad this was our best chance in my lifetime to see championship football I am so sick of it and sick of obtuse fans not seeing the woods for the trees. Yesterday was torture

Due to his inevitable zero buying regime we will lose good players and gain weaker ones we cant go up this way but for punching above our weight this season the players are heroes

Hold up lads, firstly there is the capping rule and secondly, how many of you lot wanting hearn to squander his cash, would contribute your own money to the cause. If hearn was to say that he would match any contributions made by supporters solely for transfer acquisitions , my guess is he wouldn't have to dig too deep. Hearn runs this club on a sound business footing and I for one respect him for that. I have been supporting the orient long enough to remember when blankets were paraded around the perimeter prior to games to collect coins thrown in, and buckets passed among fans for cash , and when we couldn't pay our milk bill.

I actually think Hearn is a great owner.
We should always be careful about what we wish for.

I wonder if hearn might want it a bit more next season after going so close.yes he stops us from going backwards but also stops us from going forwards! I personally think the players and fans have given as much as they could this season and couldn't be asked for more! Could the same be said for uncle barry?

Push the boat out just once Barry just once is all we ask if we go up gate receipts alone will pay you back. Retardation is the only outcome if we lose good players and bring in freebies who remember are free for a reason.

Ease up, our entire squad were freebies. The difference is that when players are out of contract they negotiate a signing on fee which equates roughly to their value , so in reality there are very few freebies. Our one opportunity was in sharing the Olympic stadium , then it would have attracted investors who would be aware of the potential.

Why would we want to play in front of 50,000 empty claret seats every week?

Bloody hell. This MB is beginning to like that other crap.Calm down.Suddenly one at a time the club is being attacked.Whether you like it or not"the"we are a small club with small resources and like osoldest says " a well run club".If you think you can do better go out and find a new owner or put your own money in.

Next time I'm at Chelsea I'll sit under Abramovich's box with a bucket in case he drops a couple of million heh heh

There are worse club owners, and there are better club owners. But, to blame him for two missed penalties is not very impressive.

Not blaming him for pen misses if he would of shelled out in January automatic promotion would of been almost certain

I think Dagnall would have been great upfront if only Bazza had forked out to take Bale and Ronaldo on each wing.

Hearn runs Orient like a business....it makes a loss each year which he pays out of his pocket. The less he pays out, the less that loss will be
Wouldnt any of us be wary of our outgoings, if we were in the same boat
If we had crowds of 7,500 every home match, im sure the extra cash would be released to improve the playing staff
