With the OS settlement, does this mean the Italians are clear for takeoff?

I think it means that Hearn or whoever maybe in charge of Leyton Orient in the future can put a tender in to West Ham to have certain games played at the OS
Means jack to me I will only watch Orient home games at Brisbane Road

Think it means Hearn has earned himself a nice pay off when he leaves.
I guess he didn't care that much about playing in the OS he just wanted the cash settlement.

I often wondered where the money went from the Arsenal FA Cup games and the cup run money tv rights that season
I remember Hearn saying that cup run alone could keep Orient in the black for 2 seasons yet the club reported a loss that season and the season after
One thing I have never liked is the closed book on Orients finances
