That’s good for him and will stand him in good steed for the future. I’ve only seen a little of him, but he seems beyond his years as a player.

My local team…I’ll go check him out nice place to live Mr B, I looked at sending my son to Tonbridge school which has improved massively since that time. The fees are bloody expensive at £37k for a day boy, which is just short of boarding at Dulwich which is a superior school in every way! Keep us updated on his progress. See your nephew seems to be doing OK starting both games under the new boss.

Considerably more expensive now than when he went..He left in 2008..I actually live in Tunbridge Wells but nearer Tonbridge..Ten minutes drive to the Angel’s ground..I do pop down there every now and again…Then again I’m about the same distance to Tunbridge Wells fc but they’re lower down the leagues..Terrell is doing ok,he had a bit of confidence issues but he’s getting there..When we played them he wasn’t really on his game but our forwards put no pressure on him.He said it was easy for him..I can say it now but after the game I met up with him and his actual words were “ your guys are going to struggle” so make of that what you will

Hopefully the first of several O's youngsters to be in first-team contention next season.

Hopefully the first of several O's youngsters to be in first-team contention next season. Good luck to the lad. I’ve only caught fleeting glimpses of him but he does appear to have a lot of the fundamentals. Great to see a local lad making progress. 👍

Jo Piggott's old boss, Jay Saunders, is manager at Tonbridge. They're doing quite well but won't make the playoffs for the National League this season. Charlie will hopefully pop a few in and get his confidence going. Congratulations to him on his contract too. Great move!!

The loan spell at Tonbridge has been over long enough for him to have already finished another loan spell. (He didn't score in either of them, sadly.) The start of this thread is months old.

Well done and good luck Charlie . It's always good to see one of our youngsters coming through and thriving he seems a really good talent from the little I've seen of him i would have preferred to give him some game time over the last few weeks rather than the two youngsters from arsenal and Bournemouth

Missed that. Good job I'm not the new Orient striker.

He looked lively when I saw him too. Shame he hasn't had a runout lately.
