Love his positivity and 8 years to the Premier league is in his line of thoughts! Big things would need to happen between now and then, but Kent please stay the journey with us. You and Nigel have transformed this club in such a small space in time and I feel there is so much more success to come.

He seemed to believe that investment would not be an issue especially from an Amercian perspective.

Thanks for choosing my question, I did like your "we're bulking up in the backroom" comment.
"With no facts at my disposal, there seems to be quite a number of coaches, media people, financial control staff, marketers, H&S, HR, general admin and goodness knows how many others, maybe LOFC are one of Waltham Forest biggest employers .... Does KT see that the club has benefitted from all this work in way to justify the salary bill?"
Kent's answer of "This is us doing what we do" was very encouraging. It seems we're becoming a significant corporate entity. It won't be easy to avoid becoming a little removed form the fanbase but being "Championship ready" looks the right road to tread.
