l try to wait a while before going into a rant so it's now the next morning..... FFS!!!! Simple marking at the back did not happen, all our wide play resulted in the man coming inside or passing backwards, l don't recall anyone trying to run the line. In possession we couldn't find enough attacking passes or the front players didn't 'show'.
Jayden is OK but not threatening the first team, George looks OK on the ball but doesn't provide any real danger to the opposition, Beckles looks OK but spends too much time not involved in the build up play (almost like having ten men), Drinan is strong and fast but is a one-trick pony and, like Ruel, doesn't see the right pass at the right time.
We know who will be in the starting line-up on Saturday's. mores's the point, who won't.

Let's face it, there wasn't much in that lineup to set the pulses racing but it was interesting to see a couple of complete unknowns (unknown to me anyway) named on the bench.
