Didn’t Orient do this against Bromley? www.leytonorient.com/news/2023/november/12/o-s-to-wear-limited-edition-kit-for-commemorative-match-against-hearts/Orient will wear a limited-edition commemorative kit when they face Hearts of Midlothian in the summer.
The Os will travel to Edinburgh on July 13th 2024 for a special pre-season friendly as part of Hearts 150th anniversary celebrations.
The shirt will be available to supporters next summer as a commemorative shirt. Only 1,000 will be produced and it will truly be a one off shirt, which will not be used in the regular season.

I was watching the Chelsea game earlier and it got me thinking that those shirts with the poppies on them could be used and then sold to supporters with the money going to a local charity for example. Hopefully we will sell the match worn shirts to fans with the funds directed to a positive outcome, I wonder if we will do that?

Why don't we just have this ax our new kit from next season it's so much better than the plain red we h now and will give us a real unique identity

Mine is I like the current shirt. To me, red is sancrosant. The home shirt must always be red. Similar to Liverpool. You could never imagine them wearing anything other than red. Same with Man U. And it's the same with Orient WE ARE RED |

Our current red shirt is far from plain, and is much better than any other. Our colours are red, that's it. Apart from when we had the braces kit and the Croatia kit And the Croatia kit had black shorts! Quite liked it to be honest (01/02 one over the 98/99 one). |

Our colours are red, that's it. Used to be blue from 1947-1967 and primarily white prior to that. That written, for the last 20 years it has been all red (with bits of white and/or black) and it should remain like that. |
