I remember seeing him on the touchline at Craven Cottage in one of the last games of the season - 1990? Matthew Lockwood pointed to him as if to say 'Look out for this guy next season'. And he was right!

Wondered who he was in the first game he played for the O's.We also made a few bob when he left us.As someone said,great to watch with terrific speed. On his day he was excellent on his off days he was good!

Those highlights show a much more exciting style of football than we are served up these days Technically better now, but they stayed at the club longer and are better remembered than the quick turnover of players we now have.Sometimes it is difficult to know who is who on matchdays.The wingers and full backs are always recognisable,but midfielders can be a bit of a problem and I have 2020 vision. Wonder how many of todays squad will be with us next season,12 maybe.
