Not sure that he'd be that willing to play for a struggling side on a permanent basis

I think he’s being asked to play a different role myself. Last season he sat in front of the defence this season Brown has taken on that role and Idris seems to have been moved to the left more which I believe has made him less effective. He is predominantly right footed and seems to slow things down when being forced wide left.. I am amazed that professional footballers are unable to kick with both feet. It was frustrating watching him constantly manoeuvre the ball onto his right foot against Lincoln, when there was an easy pass available on his left. On the whole, he is a very good player, but he should work on his left foot as it would make him a far better player. Going by my own football experience, I used to practice and play sometimes left footed but always preferred the accuracy of my right. It'd be a good question to ask a player, can you kick with both feet? I think most would give a similar answer to mine.

He has less time on the ball in League 1, and on Tuesday he had his head down too much and missed several opportunities to make defence splitting passes and he was visibly frustrated as a result. He is not making the impact he did last season, but that’s understandable because he’s on a learning curve and other teams have got a lot of footage of how he plays, so easier to close him down. He is still one of our strongest performers, but we are hardly a settled side, so building partnerships and understanding with others is hard and will make us disjointed for a while and Idris will look less than his sparkling self.

As a player at any level you are fortunate whether by Design, constant practice or its in your DNA to be strong in both feet. Usually one foot is stronger than the other. That said as a striker I don't care if one foot is stronger than the other, if you have an eye for where the Onion bag is that's all I care about.⚽️

Ipswich were not willing to sell him only to loan him. So he's not unfavorable just unavailable. My sources inside the club say Richie's told him to ease up a bit so Ipswich think he'll never be PL ready and sell him for a round of rum and cokes.
